HR/Payroll Officer

Specific Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR and payroll administration.
- Knowledge of payroll systems and HR best practices.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- High level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Responsible For
- Process accurate and timely payroll for all staff, including statutory deductions and benefits.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and related reports.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Handle employee queries related to salaries, benefits, and leave.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures.
- Support HR initiatives, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR and payroll reports for management review.
